The safety and protection of our staff and clients are of utmost importance to us at Adams Financial

 

 

While we are still encouraging our clients to conduct meetings virtually, we have policies and procedures in place to conduct safe in-office meetings when clients prefer.

 

As everyone becomes more comfortable in venturing out, we wanted to share with you what we’ve been doing in our office to stay safe:

 

Staff Safety

  • Masks are worn by all staff in our office

  • All of our offices and workspaces are socially distanced; staff may remove their masks when seated at their desks

  • Internal meetings are conducted either virtually or in our Learning Lab where social distancing is possible

  • Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations in the office and conference rooms

  • High traffic and high touch areas are sanitized frequently

 

Client Safety

  • Masks are required for all clients and staff while they are in our office and throughout the entirety of the meeting

  • Conference room tables and high-touch areas are sanitized before and after each meeting

  • Hand sanitizer and masks are available in our lobby and in each conference room

  • Used pens and notepads are replaced after each meeting

  • Maximum occupancy numbers have been applied to and enforced for each conference room to allow enough space for clients and staff to socially distance during their meeting

  • Nanoseptic continually self-cleaning strips are installed on our office front door and conference room door handles
